Deep Basin Gas Centered Accumulation Play - Potential 210 BCFG (billion cubic feet Recoverable Natural Gas)
SOGC in a joint venture with Texas Llanos Energy Ventures Corp. has a 10 to 15 % working interest option on the Federal 8,201 acre Shaman Prospect where DKS Energy will drill and operate Hercules #33-34 a 15,500 test to the Tea Pot, Frontier and Muddy objectives approximately in November 2001. This play is located some 20 miles from the renowned Cave Gulch Field of Barrett Resources, which is considered one of the larger gas field discoveries in recent US exploration. Jonah Field in the Greater Green River Basin is proposed as an analogous gas accumulation. Jonah is currently producing approximately 250 million Cu. Ft./Day from 150 wells.
